This year has been a magical one for the children of Roydon. It started with the incredibly successful Christmas Bazaar which raised over £2300 for the school. A huge thank you to our wonderful PTA FORSA for all their hard work on this great event. 

The children in reception, Year 1 and Year 2 have also put on nativities for the school and their parents which were brilliant, as always.

Reception Class went to a residential care home to sing songs to the elderly. The children were very well behaved and brought some festive cheer. We are very thankful to the home, in Ware, for letting us come and a special thank you as they provided juice and biscuits for the children and gave each of the children a cuddly toy! 

On the last day the children enjoyed a panto which was paid for by FORSA, this is always amazing and the children loved it. Following this Santa brought the children all the present which was again paid for by FORSA.

On Wednesday 13^th we had our Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children and the children enjoyed a Christmas lunch, this is always special as the staff serve the children!

On Thursday 14th we also had our annual Carol Concert at St Peters Church. Thank you to all the parents and members of the Roydon community who came to support the school. 

The children and staff have worked incredibly hard over the past term and they very much deserve their Christmas break.
