Ofsted undertook a short inspection our school on the 5th February 2019. Ofsted have judged Roydon Primary to be a GOOD school.
The leadership team has maintained the good quality of education in the school since the previous inspection. Roydon is a friendly, happy school that staff enjoy working at and pupils enjoy coming to. Parents and carers are very positive about the school and how well their children are looked after. Every parent that responded to Parent View, Ofsted’s online questionnaire, said that they would recommend the school to others. Some parents chose to leave a free-text message in support of the school. Comments such as, ‘We are very happy with the school,’ and, ‘We couldn’t have wished for a better school,’ were typical.
